Healthy Inspirations understands the struggle women face everyday with a weight loss solution.  Many have fallen into the trap of thinking that either diet or exercise alone will shed the kilos.  Unfortunately this is not the case. Muratti Cakes and Gateaux

Few South Australian success stories rival Muratti – from a humble, 4-product backyard operation in 1991 to a bustling 120-product award-winning retail store in 2009, Muratti Cakes and Gateaux enjoys celebrity status at 114b Prospect Road.

For Robert, Darek and new kid on the block James, owners of the business, success has meant holding fast to high standards for their products, nurturing and cherishing good staff and giving back to a community which has supported them.

“In each cake, pastry, biscuit we bake is a little of our devotion to the honesty of producing quality products meeting the expectations of our clients,” Robert Ziolek, Patissier said, “and we are committed to exceeding our own expectations of excellence.”

The range of mouth-watering items displayed aesthetically in their café outlet includes no less than 24 petit biscuits, 25 gateaux, extensive choice of cakes and cheesecakes, a large selection of small desserts and cocktail-sized cakes and savouries including frittatas, baguettes and sandwiches.

“As one product wanes in popularity, we discontinue it and introduce a new one in its place,” Darek explained, “and we are frequently visiting overseas patisseries and bakeries to discover new trends and products.”

One of the most unique facets of Muratti’s business is the specialty cakes made to order for weddings, birthdays, christenings and other special events.

The array of styles and designs of these specialty cakes is limited only by the imagination and desires of the clients whilst the professional and expertise of Muratti’s staff make wishes come true.

“Special celebrations such as weddings deserve a reverence, an acknowledgement of the occasion and we at Muratti get caught up with the excitement knowing how our contribution will add to the event’s success,” Darek said.

Demonstrating the owners’ appreciation of South Australia’s support, each child who celebrates a birthday whilst in the Women’s and Children’s Hospital receives a Muratti birthday cake.  The business also plays a major role in training and education and undertakes other gestures of charity and goodwill throughout the community.
